How to use

Start with one scoop to assess tolerance. Mix one scoop (10 g) with 6–8 fl oz of cold water approximately 30 minutes before training. If well tolerated, follow the product label for use up to the stated maximum of two scoops in 24 hours.

Contains 175 mg caffeine per scoop and 350 mg at the two-scoop maximum. Do not combine with other caffeinated or stimulant products. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling sensation.
