In the event of pricing, availability, or system errors (including platform bugs, third-party integrations, or human error), we reserve the right to correct such errors, cancel affected orders, or refuse fulfillment, even after an order has been submitted.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. DIAX does not store complete payment card details.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by third-party partners. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

Due to the consumable and/or made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence. Approved cases are resolved via replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.

10. Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Prevention

You agree to contact DIAX first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed in violation of these Terms may be treated as suspected fraud.

DIAX™ products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Orange County, California.

Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

20. Force Majeure

DIAX is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
