How to Use
Mix 1/2 scoop (6.5 g) with 8–10 oz (236–295 ml) of cold water or your preferred cold beverage.
Stir or shake thoroughly. Allow a few minutes for the powder to dissolve completely. May be enjoyed before training, after training or between meals according to the directions on the product label.
