Cancellation policy

At DIAX, certain products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you agree to recurring charges based on your selected delivery frequency.

A minimum of 2 billing cycles is required before cancellation. The initial order counts as the first cycle. After completing 2 payments, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products before they are available.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, it follows our standard Replacement & Store Credit Policy.
