At DIAX, certain products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you agree to recurring charges based on your selected delivery frequency. The amount, frequency, and next billing date are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

You may cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment. To cancel, use the link provided in your order confirmation email, or contact us at support@diaxsports.com.

Cancellations take effect before your next billing date. To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, please cancel before that date.

You will receive an email notification before each renewal charge.

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded. Orders that have already shipped follow our Replacement & Store Credit Policy.
