How to use
Adults take two capsules with water approximately 20–30 minutes before bedtime, following the product label. Do not exceed the recommended serving.
Ingredients
Active ingredients: Vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium, melatonin and a 905 mg proprietary blend containing L-tryptophan, Lycium fruit, chamomile, lemon balm, passion flower, taurine, hops, St. John’s Wort, GABA, Chinese skullcap, L-theanine, ashwagandha, inositol and 5-HTP. Other ingredients: Hypromellose vegetable capsule, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
For adult use only. May cause drowsiness. Do not drive, operate machinery or combine with alcohol, sedatives or other sleep products after use. St. John’s Wort and 5-HTP can interact with medications.
