How to use
Take two capsules daily with water according to the product label.
Ingredients
Active ingredients: Vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B6, folate, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid; calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, manganese and potassium; plus PABA, horsetail, Fo-Ti, bamboo, stinging nettle, Chinese peony, spirulina, saw palmetto, soybean plant sterols, alfalfa and barley grass. Other ingredients: Rice flour, hypromellose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
