How to use

I tried this a number of times and these taste great and give you just the mellow kick you need. I did not feel a crash - only more energy. I also very much appreciate the packaging and the way that it’s in a tin. Each dose is separately packaged so that it does not tamper with the other ones in the tin! That’s important because these can easily be thrown in your gym bag and used without having to worry about it being sanitary. Highly recommend for any serious athlete.
