Is DIAX only for athletes?
No. DIAX is for anyone who chooses progress — physically or mentally — as part of their lifestyle.

Can supplements replace healthy habits?
No. Supplements support habits. They don't replace them.


SHIPPING & ORDERS

Where does DIAX ship?
At this time, DIAX ships only within the United States — excluding Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI), which are currently not supported by our fulfillment partner.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 2–4 business days after shipment.

Estimated total delivery time: 5–9 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


DELIVERY ISSUES

What if my order shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive it?
If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but cannot be located, DIAX is not responsible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Please check with neighbors, household members, building management, or contact the carrier directly.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase and cannot be modified or canceled once accepted by our fulfillment partner.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. DIAX does not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may submit a request within 14 days of delivery. Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Are DIAX supplements safe?
DIAX products are developed with quality and safety standards in mind. Individual responses may vary.
