At DIAX SPORTS™, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with the highest quality standards. All products are fulfilled and shipped directly from certified U.S. facilities that comply with FDA and GMP regulations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
During peak periods, holidays, or high-demand campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time & Rates (United States)
All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping within the United States.
- Estimated delivery after fulfillment: 1–4 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days (processing + shipping combined)
DIAX SPORTS™ currently offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Please note: At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI). We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand coverage to these states in the future.
International Orders
At this time, DIAX SPORTS™ ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping will be made available in the future as the brand expands globally.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays & Carrier Issues
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DIAX SPORTS™ is not responsible for carrier-related delays, missed delivery attempts, or service interruptions.

DIAX SPORTS™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided at checkout.
